As a property manager, CRC Self Help has policies that reflect the rights and resonsiblities of residents under the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006. As an alternative housing provider, CRC Self Help is also required to develop specific policies according to the Social Housing Reform Act, 2000. From years of experience, other policies have been created with the intention to create and maintain safe, secure, affordable and enjoyable housing for residents.
